Hanna Völkle is a Senior Expert specializing in strategic project development and partnerships. She has many years of experience in developing pilot projects, networking, and facilitation—both at the societal and organizational levels.

Her current focus is on projects such as "Democracy and Equality in the Workplace" and "Active Bystanding: Addressing Intersectional Discrimination and Sexualized Violence at Universities and Colleges." Through these, she bridges the gap between research, practice, and social impact.

As a doctoral candidate in social sciences and political economy, she researches the feminist economics of time, with a particular focus on working time and time policy. She is a certified diversity trainer and has been involved in various civil society and academic committees for many years, combining theory, practice, and networking expertise.

Prior to her current role at EAF Berlin, she was a research associate at the Harriet Taylor Mill Institute for Economics and Gender Studies at the Berlin School of Economics and Law, where she was responsible for digitalization, gender, and diversity, and taught courses on political economy and digital transformation.
