Dr. Helga Lukoschat is a volunteer board member and Senior Advisor at EAF Berlin. She has extensive experience in consulting for companies and organizations, designing and implementing practice-oriented research projects, and strategically managing programs and collaborative projects in both the business and political sectors. She has published numerous works and is frequently sought after as an expert, moderator, and speaker. A key focus of her work is international projects aimed at promoting the political and social participation of women.

Helga Lukoschat is a co-founder of EAF Berlin and served as its Managing Director and Chair of the Board for many years. From 2001 to 2014, she was also the Managing Director of Femtec. GmbH, an organization founded by EAF Berlin and TU Berlin. Femtec is an international career platform for women in engineering and the natural sciences. She completed training as a systemic organizational consultant at Riesner & Braun Consulting.

Helga Lukoschat studied German language and literature, political science, and history in Erlangen and Berlin. She subsequently worked as a journalist and author and earned her doctorate with a study on women in leadership positions at the Technical University of Berlin.

Helga Lukoschat holds numerous positions and honorary roles, including on the Supervisory Board of Femtec GmbH, the Board of Trustees of Total-Equality, and the Advisory Board of the #SheTransformsIT initiative. She is personally involved with Soroptimist International, a global network of professional women dedicated to social and political engagement.
