Dr. Christiane Kasack has been working independently since 2016 as a coach, trainer, and facilitator, specializing in time and self-management as well as career counseling. She works primarily with individuals in research organizations. 

Christiane Kasack studied political science in Greifswald, Tampere (Finland), and Hamburg, and earned her doctorate from FU Berlin in 2011. She is a certified coach through the Systemische Gesellschaft (trained at isi Berlin) and has completed further training as a career counselor (artop Berlin).

Christiane Kasack has experience in academic human resources development: at the Hertie School of Governance, she was responsible for the PhD program, and for the Helmholtz Association, she served as a consultant for talent management, focusing on the reform of the mentoring program and the establishment of career development centers for postdocs. In these roles, she facilitated working groups and networking events.
