
Andrea Krönke
Director | Head of Academy
Andrea Krönke is a Director and trainer at EAF Berlin, specializing in communication, professional presence, and mentoring. She leads the academy, overseeing programs and training for professional development. Through various career-building programs in politics, science, and business, she guides emerging professionals and leaders in strategic career planning. As a certified coach, career consultant, and facilitator (artop GmbH), Andrea Krönke also supports organizations through change processes and strategy development. She completed training as a systemic organizational consultant at Riesner & Braun Consulting.
Supported by the Hans-Böckler-Stiftung, Andrea Krönke studied political science and educational science at the University of Applied Sciences Bremen and the University of Magdeburg, with study and research stays in South Africa, India, and Mozambique. During her studies, she also completed foundational training in theater pedagogy. Prior to her work at EAF, she was a project coordinator for the "Ausblicke" mentoring program at UNIONHILFSWERK, where she supported apprentices with migration and refugee backgrounds in successfully completing their vocational training.
Since September 2020, Andrea Krönke has been a board member of the German Mentoring Association (DGM).
