Stage fright, insecurity, inner distance, a lack of body awareness – these anxieties can stand between us and a strong performance. We lack techniques, strategies and access to our resources to perform calmly and present our content confidently. Without joy in performing, we find ourselves again and again in similar, unpleasant situations in which we feel seemingly helpless.
Strong performance and presentation skills increase our own effectiveness in a professional context and lead to more resonance with those around us.
We support you in appearing calm and confident in a professional context – without you having to pretend. You’ll achieve this through targeted practical exercises on presentation, voice, breath and body. You’ll be learning to use your breathing effectively, to raise your voice and to become more confident overall – by working on your outer and inner posture. To learn about a broader range of strategies and resources, we move into conversation on topics such as stage fright, error culture, and beliefs. Using selected coaching tools, participants develop strategies to deal with potential challenges and to enhance their presence. Charged and prepared, each participant delivers a pitch at the end of the workshop and benefits from detailed feedback and individually tailored exercises for the future. After all, performing is like sport: practice makes perfect!
The seminar is aimed at all those interested in sustainably enhancing their appearance and presentation skills. It’s target-group specific for different groups such as executives or scientists. Half-day (4h) or full-day (8h) workshops can be booked.
