A comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of existing measures and programs in the area of diversity, diversity and equal opportunities leads to a greater understanding of the measures and forms the basis for any necessary adjustments for the future. The evaluation provides a solid basis for the sustainable implementation and further development of measures and programs.

We have been carrying out extensive evaluations of measures since EAF Berlin was founded. These include numerous organization-specific mentoring and career-building programs. We also evaluate the success of overarching programs and campaigns, such as the current Alliance “Together against sexism”.

Evaluations can be carried out both formatively and summatively: In contrast to the final, summative evaluation, which serves to assess the overall effectiveness of an intervention, the formative evaluation focuses on collecting continuous feedback and improving the ongoing process.

Like our studies on gender and diversity in politics and our diversity surveys, our evaluation approaches include quantitative and qualitative methods, which we adapt individually to the evaluation project. Find out more about our methods here.

If you would like to evaluate the effectiveness of your measures or programs in the context of diversity and equal opportunities, we will be happy to help you develop tailor-made evaluation solutions that meet your specific requirements.
