Our services at a glance

Methodological expertise: With the help of various empirical research methods, such as qualitative interviews or focus groups and standardized quantitative surveys, we work at various political levels to create a solid knowledge base on the status quo of gender and diversity in politics.

Thematic expertise: We are experts in researching topics such as the representation of women in politics, party cultures, diversity in political parties and compatibility in office. We interview active and former office holders and elected officials, political decision-makers, representatives of the administration and civil society activists on their specific topics and challenges. Due to our numerous projects in the political field, we have gained a lot of experience and a very extensive knowledge base.

Analytical expertise: In addition to methodologically sound data collection, we place the collected data in its specific context. We combine the primary data collected with secondary data from other studies and further research as well as our many years of experience in the cross-party promotion of women's political participation in (local) politics in all its diversity. The findings form a reliable basis for evidence-based decisions.

Advice and development of measures: On this basis, we develop specific recommendations for tailor-made strategies and measures for local authorities, political parties or equal opportunities officers, for example. We accompany you through the entire process - from the objectives of the survey to the development of recommendations - and provide advice.
