Tina Weber is member of the management team and director within the EAF Berlin und responsible for the Business Unit Economy with focus on organisation development. Within this unit, the political scientist and economist is dealing with topics such as digitization, new work and compatibility of profession and private life. She is experienced in conducting advisory processes round of the topic diversity management and strategies.
She has led various projects, e.g. a long-term project for Volkswagen AG regarding the transition to flexible working hours within the manufacturing with shift work.
Over the past 13 years, she was leading interdisciplinary national and international projects and coordinated consortia of various enterprises and political actors. As Managing Director of a federal association of small and medium enterprises she set up regional networks in order to work on pressing questions such as skills shortage, labor relations, and diversity. Tina Weber studied International Management (B.B.A.) in Karlsruhe and Spain and European Studies (M.A.) in Marburg.
She was blue book trainee at the European Commission in the Directorate-General Enterprise and Industry in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility.
