Hanna Völkle joined the EAF Berlin in 2017 as a Senior Expert. As a social scientist, she works at the intersection of diversity, gender equality and digitization. Her current range of activities includes participatory concepts for the flexibilization of sustainable and future-ready work, practice elements (e.g. workshops on Unconscious Bias) for different target groups for corporate partners as well as academia. She is also responsible for business development in the field of diversity and AI.

Before joining EAF Berlin, she completed a traineeship in science communication and a non-university degree in communication management.

Hanna Völkle studied Social Sciences and Political Economy. Her focus was on European Integration, political communication as well as feminist economics and ecological sustainability. As one of the best in her final year, she was awarded HWR Talent in 2017. Since 2019, she teaches "Feminist and Ecological Economics" to master students at the Berlin School of Economics and Law. She is doing her PhD at the University of Vechta with Prof. Dr. Ulrike Knobloch on the Feminist Economics of Time.
