We’ve been accompanying organizations in change processes towards more diversity in leadership for over 25 years. As an independent research and consulting organization, we work at the interface of politics, business and science.
The EAF Berlin advises on the topics of diversity and equal opportunities, career and leadership, compatibility and resilience, as well as democracy and participation. Our team designs and conducts practice-oriented research projects as well as innovative programs and training courses for human resources and organizational development.
The EAF Berlin consists of experts with a wide range of knowledge in different fields and broad own networks. We use our knowledge and contacts to promote societal transformation, with the goal of generating capacity for action. We want to empower people and organizations to advance change, while continuously developing effective ideas, strategies and products based on current scientific knowledge and practical experience.
We have built a unique network through our many years of consulting and research work. This includes academics from universities and research institutions, representatives from companies and associations as well as decision-makers from the worlds of politics and administration.
EAF Berlin is oriented towards innovative concepts such as “new work” and agile management. What counts is the result, not only being present in the office. We view ourselves as an organization that works economically and in which everyone takes responsibility for the big picture. Diversity in the team is a prime concern for us. We see different personal, cultural and professional backgrounds and personalities as a chance for every organization. The EAF Berlin stands for cooperative, loyal and appreciative cooperation.
The 1990s were an exciting time: The Wall had just come down and Berlin was set to become the capital and seat of government. Berlin had its first centers of women’s and gender studies at its universities, a diverse project scene and a burgeoning network for women in Berlin city politics.
Yet there was no institution working independently and across political parties for more women in leadership positions in politics and business...
