The EAF is concerned with the inspiration of women for politics, to empower them in their civic involvement and to advance their professionalisation. With our trainings and mentoring programmes we support all female politicians in planning and accomplishment of their careers. At the same timed we provide candidates technical and strategic assistance in their access in the political work. Moreover we consult federal ministries, political parties and civil societies in their recruitment and qualification of women, support of equal opportunities and reconciliation of profession and family.
