For more than 10 years we consult organisations in the public and private sector regarding equal opportunities, diversity management and work-life balance. We create innovative programmes for personnel and organisational development with a focus on the advancement of women. Our own studies complete our comprehensive expertise in these topics.

We develop and work on joint solutions. This way we combine political visions on gender equality with pragmatic courses of action and transfer results in sustainable projects. As a rule we evaluate the success of our work along the process.

We engage and cooperate in a broad network of experts from science, business and politics. Continuously we exchange new developments and experiences regarding our topics. As a non-profit organisation we are working independently and cross party.
